MedStar Health: Urgent Care in Towson at Anneslie

My experience at the York Rd location was simply amazing! Everyone from the receptionist, triage nurse and the treating doctor were very nice and caring! The triage nurse was sooo awesome and made sure that both my companion and I were comfortable before seeing the doctor. I was very scared, however, the doctor was very nice and made sure that even though I needed stitches, that she took her time and was extremely meticulous when placing the sutures!!! I would highly recommend this location and will give this facility a 10/10! Great job everyone

My experience at this urgent care was very good. The Front desk staff was kind and the nurses and doctor was caring and they was really fast with everything. My wait Time less then 15mins. Depending on how many patients that have to be seen. But I strongly recommend this urgent care.

My first visit, Sunday, 10/11 was fantastic. I met with PA Matt and he quickly diagnosed me, provided me a cogent plan, got me a boot for my foot, we had a nice conversation, and I left fully confident. I had to return on Monday, 10/12 to get an x-ray because the technician was not there on Sunday, no big deal. My experience on Monday was not as favorable as it was on Sunday. The x-ray technician who took my films was helpful and kind. However, the woman who delivered me the results of the x-rays was not at all helpful. She stood at the door, handed me the report, and basically didn’t tell me anything. She said, do what you were told yesterday. Huh. On Sunday, I didn’t know if I had a sprained or fractured foot so the recommendation would’ve been different given the outcome of the x-ray.

They never disappoint. Every time I needed care they always come through with the care and support I need. They are always pleasant and caring how healthcare is supposed to be, thank you ladies for always being professional and in great spirits. Keep up the amazing work. Wish all healthcare professionals was like you all

This was my first visit to a MedStar urgent care center. I needed a last minute appointment for a pre-op exam and was able to get an appointment the same morning. From checkin to discharge, everyone was so nice, professional and efficient. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this facility to others.
