I arrived around roughly 130. Fill out the slip with my name, symptoms, etc. and asked to take a seat. When I sat down, there were 5 other people, so I was expecting a longer wait. 40 minutes pass, and then finally, someone leaves one of the occupied rooms. One of the people in the waiting room stood up and joined them. Only 4 ahead of me now. Another 15 minutes, and a child and adult are taken back. While they are back, another person leaves the room, and the two remaining people in the waiting room rise to leave with them. I was now alone in the waiting room. I'm next, so this shouldn't take too much longer. A man leaves one of the rooms, visibly frustrated, but just leaves. After nearly an hour there, I am finally admitted into the room to be seen. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Medfast. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The facility was clean, well organized, and I was seen quickly without feeling rushed. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and made the entire visit smooth and stress free. I also want to give special recognition to the site manager, Emily Antus. She does an outstanding job running the facility and it truly shows in how well the team operates and how comfortable patients feel. It’s clear she takes a lot of pride in what she does, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience. I highly recommend Medfast to anyone looking for quality care, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about their patients.

I have been to the MedFast Urgent Care on Sarno Rd several times now and each visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff is helpful, kind and professional. They are attentive and listen to my concerns. The office itself is clean and orderly. I have consistently received great care. Prescriptions are sent in to my pharmacy immediately. I have never had an issue at all. The office runs very efficiently.

The team at Medfast is amazing. Anytime we have the need for medical support, we stop by and they help us diagnoze, treat and get better. They are great at listening, they test for accuracy and are open minded to brainstom and figure out the best path to recovery. We love them so much that I have even made lasagna for them just to say Thank You. They have treated not only me, my husband and mi kid, but also family member and friends who have been visitng us and got sick. Their administrative support team is fast, accurate and kind, and the medical team is also that good and compassionate. I would give them 10 stars out of 5. Thanks. :)

I walked in feeling woozy from not having enough of my seizure medication in my system. I was seen in a quick manner an was surprised that everything went smoothly. The staff was amazing and the Dr. was so helpful to me. I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.
