This office is fantastic. Scheduling was easy, and we were able to get an appointment fairly quickly. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff greeted us promptly and made check-in simple. The waiting room was comfortable, with cartoons playing to keep the kids happy. We were called back quickly, and the nurse who took my son’s vitals was friendly and professional. After only a short wait, we met with the doctor. Dr. Rittmeyer was wonderful with my son—you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel their best. He uses humor to help kids relax and feel at ease, and his exam was both thorough and gentle. His instructions are always clear and provided in writing on the appointment summary. Amazing doctors on all floors. Two of my kids see various doctors here now. However, we have been calling since NOON to get a forgotten school excuse from the second floor. No one ever answers the phone and it tells you to call during business hours without telling you those hours. Google search says 5 and other related sites say 4:30 but the phone is NEVER ANSWERED!!! Thank god we don’t need a vital refill on a life sustaining medication. I definitely would NOT trust this place with that type of prescription solely for that reason. ANSWER THE PHONES!!! I don’t mind not having a school slip but it infuriates me for parents with kids who NEED to get ahold of the office and how much additional stress this facilities operator creates for them. Our experience was great from start to finish. We didn’t have a long wait, which is always appreciated, especially with kids. Both doctors and the nurse were very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. My child was a little nervous at first as most kids are with any doctor visit but she gradually became more comfortable thanks to how gentle and reassuring everyone was. The doctor made sure to answer all of my questions and explained things in a way that both my child and I could easily understand. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and made the visit smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the care we received!

Dr. Parks is excellent he is a great listener and gives detailed feedback. I highly recommend him for your children’s GI needs. The staff is professional and the office is very clean and bright. Overall great visit each time we go

Dr. Parks and his staff were great! Dr. Parks is very thorough and takes time with his patients. Very friendly and great bedside manner with my teenage daughter and I am sure all kids and parents! Practically no wait time between checking in, vitals etc. with the nurse, and then Dr. Parks came right in.
