IF you have to go here or bring loved one here, PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE DIRECTIONS...Or you'll be waiting in front of the bldg for hours. ** Staff is AMAZING ! 5 STARS I gave 4 stars due to me and my 87 yr old mom w stage 4 bone and liver cancer waiting for 45 mins for someone to open the locked door to one of the 5 entrances (Google) and the fact that I called memorial and mom's oncologist explained where we were and nobody suggested we were at the wrong entrance and they do not have it clearly marked. I'm a firm believer in common sense, when we told the receptionist she said "it happens alot on Saturdays." Then why don't they post a sign on the other doors.?
