An incredible place that treats me as an individual with my own specific problems. All of the NP’s are just as efficient and professional, even the new ones. I am treatment resistant and Susan and Festus. realize that after 50 years, I am my own doctor. Menacols is a godsend for me. They work very well with my insurance. God bless.

Seriously about to find another primary. I have been without my medication since 12/30/25. I have called multiple times and have been told by the front desk the message was sent to the physician. I have personally emailed him as well…. Yet here it is a Friday 2/20/26 and still without my medication and no follow up. This is absolutely ridiculous, I don’t understand how a doctors office can do this. It’s not just me either- they do this to my husband with his medications as well!!!

The medical providers at this practice are wonderful, and I truly appreciate the care they give. However, I’ve had ongoing issues with the reception/customer service experience. Every time I call to make an appointment, I’m placed on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour. On frequent occasions, I can hear someone pick up the phone and hang it up immediately. The automated system suggests scheduling online, but when I attempt to do so, I receive an error message stating that the appointment is no longer available. When I refresh the page, the same appointment still appears as available, making it impossible to book online. This is extremely inconvenient, very unprofessional, and frustrating, especially when I’m trying to schedule an appointment for my sick child. I am currently on hold whil

Apparently can't do anything in a timely manner. Im sure they wanted me to reverse my first one srar review but that is 100% unwarranted. The Dr's are good but everything else about this practice is absolute garbage. Been waiting almost 2 months for them to make a call to pre authorize my meds. Not a call email or sms. They only care about the money your insurance provides. Don't go here

Long wait times even with an appointment at least 45mins to a hour. I have contacted this office at least 4 different times to receive a document from my recent labs. I am considering discontinuing my care due to the lack of professionalism. I’ve had at least three providers that I did like at this practice and they have all left. They always over book and wait times are too long and they say they are short staffed on providers. I have been a patient of this practice for over six years and each time that I go back, I am disappointed more and more. It seems like the providers tend to forget about their patients after they leave the office. I don’t feel like they are for the patient and it’s been multiple times the ball has been dropped.
