Great experience, clean renovated facility, kind staff and quick wait times. Attached to the old Saint James hospital, I would highly recommend to anyone needing labs to come here over the hospital labs.

I have been a patient at Mercury Street MediCal for 20 years. I have received care above and beyond what any patient could ever expect. The doctors, PA's, nurses and staff have always treated me with great care, concern and professionalism . They have literaly saved my life on several occasions. I would recommend any one that Is there In any capacity. Thank you all for taking such great care of me over the years!

Denied me "we don't believe this practice is a good match for your health care needs". Sounds like a cop out to me. I'm fairly healthy with a simple hypothyroid problem that years needs blood work. Waste of a months time waiting for them to say they wouldn't take me when they could have just said so when I called and asked.

The staff and my Dr. there are wonderful...only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is that my Dr is there only 2 days a week so if there is a problem with my meds I either need to wait all week till she is no or hope a different Dr there will fix the issue...that being said though, the one time I did need to have one of my meds sent back thru to my pharmacy (on her off days) another Dr from here did resubmit my prescription to the pharmacy so I could still get my meds...definitely recommend them if you need a primary care provider.
