Second time at mercy Fitzgerald with my son And the staff the customer service was excellent they treated us with so much respect! ! Mercy Fitzgerald I give you 5 🌟 I thank everyone in emergency department and beyond !!!

I really must say, Fitz saved my life 3 times in total. First time was 25 years ago when I was in labor & things took a nasty turn d/t devoloping sepsis, etc (the Docs saved my life & my son's). We spent 3 weeks in the hospital. In 2020, I had one of the worse cases of Covid & was admitted to Fitz for 10 days (the team of Docs saved my life) once again. In 2024 I walked in the ER with undescribable hernia pain with non-stop vomiting. Had to have surgery d/t size of hernia & condition I was in (guess what??? the wonderful team of Docs saved my life again). I often hear negative things about Fitz & everyone is entitled to their opinion based off the care you or your loved one received during your stay. I was terrified each time I walked through the doors, thinking it may be my last days

The doctors and nurses were so kind and concerned! They are also incredibly skilled and patient . I was seen very quickly and they were very thorough about running tests and giving medication The food was yummy and they made sure I had supplies to shower when I needed . Best hospital experience I have had !

Great hospital with a wonderful staff... Very caring and attentive...

The Wait time here is ridiculous
