Customer Reviews
My son was admitted on his birthday due to breathing problems from croup. The nurses and drs made him feel so special despite him being sick and in the hospital on his birthday. The drs were very nice, knowledgeable and compassionate.
I tried to give birth vaginally with an epidural, they lowered the dose slightly during pushing so that I could feel the contractions. I pushed for 3 hours and was unable to make progress. The doctor(Dr. Shuchman) gave me three choices, 1) push for another hour and have a C-section if he was still unable to come out, 2) try the vacuum or just have a C-section. We opted for less invasive first, pushing with the vacuum and when it failed they rushed me into the operating room, despite the fact that neither me nor the baby were in any physical distress. My epidural was not effective at this point and I had regained lots of sensation. Got sent to the hospital after an ultrasound to deliver my baby via c section at 31 weeks 6 days, the NICU staff was incredible and so helpful. Being in the NICU for 6 weeks was hard but because of the amazing staff it made it a little easier. I hope no one ever has to experience it but if they do Mercyone was amazing to me and my family.
Mercy hospital has done a wonderful job taking care of my daughter from ER to the Ped floor they made her comfortable and gave her lots of activities to stay busy! A huge shout out to Janice the Childrens ER nurse she did such a wonderful job making Nala feel comfortable and getting her to take her medicine. She will forever remember her ❤️
We get to the emergency room absolutely nobody else in the waiting room. We are there six hours in the hallway, because all of a sudden all the rooms are filled. Yeah, they were all filled by two employees who needed care after we got there one employee walked right by us went into a procedure room, jumped up on the bed And continue to lay down. His name is Willie Doctor Willie he was in there treated out before we were which is ridiculous when he came in. Two hours after us don’t even get me started once they admitted my husband kept trying to get a towel to take a shower shower with all the Mexican non-speaking English would bring him is four washcloths not to mention the shower was broke. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. Absolutely ridiculous for what you charge. And twice you’v
