The absolute best massage in Charleston. My stress melts away the minute I walk through the door. The studio space is calming and beautiful. Mark is always very accommodating and has a variety of techniques to help cure painful problem areas, increase range of motion, and reduce stiffness. He helped immensely with my recovery after a recent surgery and took every precaution while treating me. As someone who sits at a desk all day, I often have issues with my neck and hips. He helps loosen those tight muscles and I walk out feeling brand new. I highly recommend Mark and Meridian Integrative Wellness!
