Wonderful staff! Girls at registration desk helpful, kind, and smiles. Drs assistant very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. was very nice, knowledgeable and took time to discuss problem and offer advice. Obvious that everyone liked their jobs and people. As an out-of-towner, appreciated the service being available and extra help from staff finding a pharmacy. Great staff!

Such great service, not sure why they have less than 5 stars. The receptionist’s were so friendly and efficient. I was seen as a walk in at around 8am and was seen in less than 15 minutes, was treated in 30 was such great service. They explained on detail that I had bronchitis and sent my medication to my pharmacy and it was ready within the hour. BEST urgent care service I have ever received.

The absolute worst walk-in clinic - do yourself a favor and drive over the bridge to Cocoa Beach where you will wait half the time and actually receive treatment . If you have a bacterial or viral infection they will always tell you it's just viral, But then also say the flu/COVID tests are negative. According to this office everything is treatable with over the counter meds and water .So anytime your sick it's just some mystery viral infection . I've also had them tell me my kids strep test was negative, then drove right over to the office in Cocoa Beach immediately after - annnnd that test come back positive for strep , the doc sent antibiotics and my kid didn't after suffer in pain any longer than necessary.

I had a great experience. If it can be called that when you're in pain. The front desk personnel were very accommodating with me. My condition didn't allow me to sit and I was in excruciating pain. I was taken back in a very short time. The staff were very thorough. Richard the X-ray tech was super nice and caring. Thumbs up to the entire staff...thank you for helping me in a really tough time.

Merritt Island MedFast is a small office, but very clean and the stuff at the front desk is unbelievably friendly, extremely helpful and compassionate....They really care! The physicians always take their time to talk to you, they do not rush you, they are very professional and just that makes you feel better, no stress, just kindness.....I always get the exact help that I need....I took my elderly father there once, they took such an amazing care of him that this almost brought tears to my eyes....even the language barrier was not a problem. They took care of his international health insurance and made it so easy for all of us......Thank you MedFast of Merritt Island......for always being there for us when we need you!!!!! Keep being amazing!!
