Methodist Orthopedic Specialists - Trauma

I have seen both Dr. Araiza and Dr. Holland here and like them both. Dr. Araiza is more personable than Dr. Holland but both will take the time to explain what’s going on and answer your questions. This practice fails miserably at communication. If the phone is answered/phone calls are returned it’s a miracle. The doctor is running 5 hours late? They won’t let you know. You have surgery? Don’t expect them to give you a time. You have to call them and specifically ask for that. They change your appointment time? They won’t let you know that either. I’m thankful for all these doctors have done for me, but I’m ready to be done with this practice and move to a doctor that knows how to respect and communicate with patients

The Doctor's and staff are great but they overbook and the waiting period is so long. They were so full that we were asked to wait in another doctor's office down thw hall. We went on Monday January 7, 2020 and waited 2 hours. Not one time did a staff member come out and let us know how it was going or how much longer it may be.
