I had an outstanding experience at Methodist University Hospital Pharmacy (1265 Union Avenue, North Tower, 1st Floor, Memphis, TN 38104), thanks to a sweet young lady named Oumou. She is the definition of a consummate professional. I came in with an issue getting my medications switched from Regional One to Methodist, and she handled everything with precision and genuine care. She got all of my medications covered under my insurance and made sure they were properly scheduled for future refills. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. I get my specialty & injectable medications from here. My meds are always ready at the time indicated & If by chance it's time to fill they always give me a courtesy call as a reminder. Customer service is great & they're very knowledgeable about the medications. It's very convenient for me to pick up my specialty meds since I live in Arkansas. I like being able to pick up my meds close to home & not having to wait on them to arrive in the mail.

The Shorb side is very nice including the staff. But that North Tower is just like North Memphis. Terrible!!! They hate for you to ask them anything!!!
