MetroHealth Middleburg Heights November Family Health Center - Express Care

I have an ankle fracture. I was seen by Ms. Brooke Bettinger, who was very efficient. The radiology tech was competent and efficient. The best was Tracy the RN, I don't have her last name. She helped me fit the cast, taught me how to use it, and where to purchase for better price. Unbelievably great nurse. Told me she walked on a foot fracture for weeks before she got an xr, so I don't feel like a complete idiot. It's a Saturday. Four hours from start to finish. Very reasonable wait. I highly recommend this facility

This is an excellent medical clinic with doctors from many specialties, an urgent care clinic, radiology and laboratory, and a pharmacy. There is plenty of free parking available in the lot. The doctors, nurses, pharmacists, receptionists and technicians are courteous, friendly and helpful.

I stopped over here at the metro health center drop off my mother for an appointment and a lab check in this area is what I would expect it to be clean, and well kept. I don't see any trash on the ground the staff here were very friendly and eager to help me with what I need Ed to help my mother get to the proper place for her appointment metro health has done it again and has come through with prompt service for us

Quality care quick and easy. I’m not the easiest patient, often under insured and uncomfortable in the care of the Cleveland Clinic / UH big money machine that rules this land. But every visit here has been efficient, pleasant and my issues quickly resolved.

Registered and taken right in. Nurse practitioner came in ordered x ray. Tech can and took to X-ray department quick service. Everyone very pleasant. Listened to complaint came up with a plan
