Metrowest Dental Inc

I just had a tooth extracted at Metrowest Dental in Milford. NEVER have I been in such an filthy room where they do their extractions and the restroom was old and gross. The floor in extraction room was filthy, as well as the equipment. Dentist was in and out of my room and came back and never washed his hands and was NOT wearing gloves while he unwrapped the tools or the gauze. Gave me a small bag of gauze to bring home to put in my mouth with his bare hands. Metrowest Dental is filthy and so unsanitary. If I get an infection I'll know why.

I haven't been to a dentist in a lot longer than I'd like to admit, so I was really on edge leading up to this event. Anyway, I needed a tooth extraction and Dr. Dulala went well above the call of duty and was very accommodating to my issues and fears. Talked me through the whole thing, definitely gave me a new outlook on my dental experiences!

I have fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and tmj. They have been nothing but gentle and thorough. It is literally the best dentist I have ever been to!
