Pharmacy and staff are outstanding! Staff are friendly, pleasant and extremely professional. Pharmacist is always accessible for questions. Their efficiency and integrity is 5 star! They also are very community oriented and have done wonderful things for Framingham. I wouldn’t trust any other pharmacy with my prescriptions.

They took the time to answer all my questions, explained my medication clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving. The service was fast, the store was clean and well-organized, and the team went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. I also love that they offer free delivery, which makes getting my medications so convenient—truly a lifesaver on busy days! It’s rare to find a place where you feel this supported and valued—this pharmacy has definitely earned my trust! I don't do reviews often, because You never really know who is behind the post. Like some businesses will try to artificially pump up their reviews using staff, & others. But Metrowest Pharmacy (as well as their first location to open, V-CARE, off of Cochituate Rd.), opened in 2013, I may be wrong.. But then again, it really doesn't matter to me as both are unbelievable and unbeatable and it's all based on WYSIWYG.. Store front Pharmacies, with well educated and trained staff who focus on one thing.. Filling Prescription's, answering questions, and providing Customer Service that is second to none. I love the fact that I can come in with a script and they will take Care of it no problem. Or at least no "come back in a few hours and maybe it will be ready. Of course that's an option

We really value Metrowest Pharmacy. The staff works fast and treats every customer with courtesy. They meet every pickup deadline they set, so we never have to wait around. We also appreciate their smart, knowledgeable team for providing clear advice whenever we have questions. They consistently support the neighborhood through their vaccine clinics and other community work.

I have been filling my prescription through MetroWest Pharmacy for several years. They have a wonderful system in place, I call to refill, they inform me of the cost and when it will be delivered. When the driver is on their way, the send a text and ask for an electronic signature in case you will not be home. The driver followed my instructions to enter front entrance and leave package in front of my apartment door if not home. He snapped a photo and sent to me so that I knew it was delivered! What an outstanding service! Highly recommend!
