Metta Body Therapy

Hollace got to a difficult spot that has been troubling me for months (and no doctor could help). This was an A++++ experience. I recommend this practice whole heartedly. This is therapy not just a massage, although it was a great massage. (go for an hour and a half! at least.)

Hollace is a skilled therapist. She quickly identified my trouble spots and worked on these diligently and skillfully. I felt better soon after the session and my yoga practice the next day was noticeably better.

Lovely space, convenient location and really wonderful cranial sacral treatment. Hav8ng had two hip replacements, Hollice was immediately tuned in and very responsive to my body's need for support and rebalancing. I felt great after and will see her again.

It was like melting into heaven for 90 minutes. Hollace is so knowledgeable, professional, and I feel blessed to have met her. We both wore masks the whole time. You can tell she really wants to help you and loves what she does. I've been living with chronic pain for 20 years and she helped return mobility to my fused ankle. Absolutely amazing, highly highly highly recommend.

Hollace is extremely skilled. She understands how to address your particular problems adeptly, with a firm and knowledgable touch. She makes you feel very at ease and has a great sense of humor. I'm hooked!
