Dr Eagan operated on me a total of 5 times for my tibia and fibia fracture with compartment syndrome. If you don’t know what that is (I had never heard of it) look it up. He saved my leg and did an amazing job. Even my scars look nice and no staples. He was never rushed and always gave me all the time I needed to answer my questions, explained everything to me, let me take pictures and videos of my X-rays. I cannot imagine for one second that the comment about him being rude or disrespectful to a child is true, because I know this man and that is not him. Thanks for saving my leg doc!

Thank you Dr. Michael Eagen for providing me with little to no information on how to care for my elbow and fractured right arm. Because of you, I will lose full range of motion because you and your staff failed to advise me on how care for myself once I left surgery. Paperwork provided says “remove bandages after 3 days”. Yet you put me in a cast to treat a fracture? Nothing makes mention of my cast in the post op paperwork. When I called and even showed up to your fresh fracture clinic for clarification on why I am still in pain and whether or not I needed to keep this soft cast on or “take off after 3 days” along with my bandages, you Dr. Eagan refused to see me even though I had waited 2 hours as a walk in to for clarification on aftercare. So disappointed with Dr. Michael Eagan and his personal. We drove three hours for an 8:00 am appointment. We got there at 7:30 am and I waited one an a half hour. When asked his staff why hadn't I been called when many other patients who came after were called first. The nurse said that is the doctor's decision to decide which patient is seen before. At 9:00 am still was not given an estimate about how long still need to wait to be seen because the doctor was running behind and the waiting time was up to three hours said his rude an unprofessional nurse. (So ridiculous when she knew they were giving priority to other patients who had an appointment and to my understanding I also had an appointment) If they would have done a good job, I shouldn't have gone to the emergency room to open my
