Booked an appt here for my husband and idk if the African lady receptionist was simply just having a bad day or what but I truly didn’t appreciate the way you spoke to my husband. Explaining our insurance policy to him all incorrectly and that he needs to pay before the doctor can see him. Idk what monkey business you all running up there but don’t recommend. Told my husband to leave the establishment and I’ll go with him next time.
