Sally is a well-known, experienced permanent makeup artist in the Metro Phoenix area. When I considered getting permanent eyeliner and lip blush, she was my first choice, and I’m so pleased with the results. Sally is passionate about educating her clients on the process and she works to get the result you desire. She is also very honest about what may or may not be the right colors, etc. I love that Sally is more interested in quality and classic looks than what is trendy.
