One of my coworkers had a wrist fracture and Dr. Yoon was very thorough in explaining the condition and healing process. He was able to receive an appt right away, which we appreciated, but the receptionist could have been more accommodating. Her staff stated he was inactive and i later confirmed that he was not. Her office could have gone the extra mile to verify the insurance by calling them, but the patient had to instead. Although my coworker said the doctor was great, the front staff would turn me off.

Dr. Yoon took care of my wrist fracture from A-Z. She is really terrific - knowledgeable, friendly, professional and caring. The injury obviously wasn't great to deal with, but it was comforting being in the hands of such a great doctor. I would gladly recommend her services to anyone in the area needing treatment for a hand/wrist injury.

I had a good and informative consultation with Dr. Yoon. Was in between meetings during a conference and experiencing pain in my wrist. Worried, I wanted to have it checked out by an Orthopedic Surgeon. The office accepted my health insurance and I was able to get an appointment that fit into my schedule. Dr. Yoon was thorough in her examination and explained the issue to me quickly. Also, in a manner I understood without all the medical jargon. There was no sugar coating on what the next few steps of the healing process were. I was thankful for her direct manner.

Went here to review my x-rays and mri imaging after i was told my insurance was accepted a month prior and at the visit. She took additional MRI's (because apparently her machine was better - aka money grab). She was a bit unsympathetic and rude with her bedside manner but I let it slide since the reviews on zocdoc said she was great. One month later I received a phone call stating my insurance was not accepted and I had to pay almost $1k despite me confirming with the receptionist on multiple occasions it was. Despite it being her fault I was still harassed for the bill that day. I heard nothing for another year, until I started receiving bills (A YEAR LATER), I reached out to a legal intermediate to assist, it took months but it was told to me it was resolved in October of 2018.
