Took almost a hour to see me past appt time. Check out room had a terrible smell with gnats and biohazard items laying around and open. Filthy sink. When I politely mentioned the issues Randi and her coworker smirked at each other. Will not be back. Do not recommend

I just had my first appointment as a new patient today and I had a great experience. I saw Alex Epperly and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The office itself is very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and professional. I now see why so many friends and family members have recommended this office!

It started with me waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time. Then, he asked if I wanted a biopsy for a recurring rash that comes and goes, I said yes, they left the room after scheduling an 8 week follow up without doing the biopsy. The rash comes and goes, I have no idea when it will come again, and now I have to go back (over an hour drive), even though he asked, while the rash was flaring badly and a prime candidate for a biopsy, the day of my visit, and then ignored my answer! He very likely misdiagnosed the soles of my feet without actually looking at them. Called it something that makes no sense even though my father has the same condition and was diagnosed with something else. He never touched that or biopsied that either. He is the most arrogant "doctor" I have had the displea

My first appointment here was today, and I have to say that I am very impressed with this practice. I was seen quickly and efficiently, the office is comfortable and spotless, and I was back at work in no time. I will definitely be back.

The office staff, nurses, Anthony, and Dr Endicott are efficient and very professional. I have been coming to Mountain State for several years.
