Dr. MacGilpin and his staff made the braces process easy! I couldn’t be more happy with outcome of my orthodontic treatment. I would highly recommend this office for anyone seeking treatment. The Dr. and his staff are super friendly and kind. The orthodontic assistants really take the time to make sure everyone is comfortable and understands each part of their treatment plan.

Super nice. Came recommended by my kids' friends. Very good explaining everything before and during with teens and patient with parent questions too. Both my kids needed braces, but my son has sensory issues. They were able to come up with an individualized and minimally invasive plan for him, after taking 3D images of his jaw.

I was traveling in Maine and had an issue with my invisalign that needed attention. Since I live in New Jersey, I looked for an office in the Harpswell area and was immediately given an appointment in the Topsham office. Although I am not a patient, the care and attention I received in the office was excellent. From Wendy, who scheduled the appointment when I called, the receptionist Beth, the assistant and orthodontist, Dr. Moretz, I was thrilled with the kindness, care and patience in helping someone that they will never see again. THANKS to the entire group!!

Both of my kids got braces here. They are friendly, helpful, and do great work.

I went to MidCoast Orthodontics for the first time yesterday. It was a very nice facility, the staff were extremely friendly. The doctor was very personable and knowledgeable. He took his time with me during my session, and did not make me feel rushed or hurried. I would definitely go back again for future appointments!
