Getting my hearing aids has been one of the most rewarding experiences. One of the main reasons is because of the experience I received at the Middle Ga Audiology . LOOK NO FURTHER FOR THE BEST! I am a new patient and new to having to wear hearing aides! Dr Gibbs and her staff have been very warm, welcoming and caring during my initial fitting and first follow- up. When I first walked into her office I immediately felt at home and in expert and very knowledgeable hands. In addition to determining which aides would best suit me, Dr Gibbs made sure I was comfortable wearing them, knew how to properly access the features I was seeking, and had all my questions answered before heading home. I am very thankful for Dr Gibbs and her very kind and supportive staff and I’m looking forward to my time ahead as her patient and being treated in such a warm and happy, family-type environment.

Dr. Gibbs is the BEST in the middle Georgia area, maybe the state. Her attention to detail and no nonsense way is refreshing. She and her staff are kind, understanding, and very professional. I would not go anywhere else and recommend her and her practice for anyone needing hearing services. I just had my follow-up appointment today, Feb 26, 2026, and Natalie and Teresa are nothing more than miracle workers.
