My son started here when he was 3. Fast forward a few years and both of my children have sensory needs. Milestone therapy feels different from other OT places in Thurston county. They are small and they allow my kids some free choice and also push them outside of their comfort zone. my son can be non-verbal when overstimulated. After every OT session, he is talking up a storm! My daughter is impulsive and she is working on strategies when she is overexcited and thinking before she reacts. We have seen a few of therapists there over the years and every single one has been great!
