I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Perrone was incredible from the very beginning. During my consultation, I really enjoyed talking with him and hearing some great stories about his background, which helped put me at ease right away. I was extremely anxious about undergoing IV sedation, but Dr. Perrone made sure I was completely comfortable and reassured every step of the way. The rest of the staff were just as amazing!! So kind, patient, and supportive, which truly made a huge difference. The procedure itself felt so quick and fast, and before I knew it, I was done! My brother also had his wisdom teeth removed here and had absolutely no issues at all, which gave me even more confidence going in. My family and I highly praise this office and Dr. Perrone

Dr Perrone was wonderful and patient . He explained everything and put my mind at ease for my tooth extraction and graft . It was a seamless, painless procedure. Staff made me feel welcome . I HIGHLY recommend him !!!

I have a minor and was not allowed to enter the room for her follow up appointment. When I let them know that I wanted to go in with her to point something out to the oral surgeon, I was asked ‘WHY?!’ With the snarkiest attitude! By the oral surgeon! Completely unprofessional. He really stood there and argue with me making it seem like I’m crazy for wanting to be in the room with my MINOR DAUGHTER. I took my daughter and left. This guy is weird. Do better.

TLDR: don’t even bother if you want anything processed through insurance or if customer service matters to you. I went for a consultation in May and was never sent an estimate for the costs of services. Back office staff says they left a message, but if they did there was nothing in writing and no follow-up… so the doctor’s staff isn’t doing the doctors any favors from a business standpoint. They also took and charged me for x-rays, but didn’t even send them to my insurance company which is required for them to process claim (and what a professional office does even when they are out-of-network). Outstanding service thus far; doctor/staff were prompt, personable and put you at ease. Follow up with info was next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
