The lady's here at the Kaiser clinic behind the counter are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. The regularly deal with, an older clientele, let's say. I've been taking my mom to this clinic a few times a month for various health reasons, and there isn't a day that goes by in the waiting room where an older gentleman doesn't show them something on his phone that he found on Facebook. They ask people for their names, and oftentimes the patient's respond with why they are there or their Kaiser number or something like that and even just listening I can find myself frustrated. Yet they always seem to keep their cool and remain so nice to everybody, every patient. Additionally all of the healthcare staff has been wonderful, but I really just wanted to take a second and admire the rec
