Here at Millcreek staff would rather be on the phone then take care of you. They do not hire people that speak English and even if you work with them to help Fiji the way you’re supposed to eat if you’re on dialysis or any other personalized menu, they don’t read The alternatives you pick and will serve you things that you should not be eating that will slowly kill you this is a horrible place that needs to be shut down

My friend was sent there for after care WOW...That place is disgusting...it smells like pee i seen roaches in broad daylight there is one shower for 60 + people....the staff sucks. They patients dont get the help that is needed... never seen nothing like that should be shut down

Really great community. Customer service is black and white but they add a special personal touch that brings it color! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Word is that you have a missing resident but won’t put out an alert so that the family can get the media to cover the story and the woman can be found. Why? This woman is in need of medication.
