Christina provided an amazing massage and worked out the stress points in my lower back and shoulders. She knows exactly what to do to unlock muscles and release tension. The new Scottsdale studio is beautiful and creates that perfect relaxation vibe. Another small detail - I prefer quiet during a massage to fully immerse into the experience, and she just seems to understand what her client's need. Highly recommend Mindful Massages if you're looking for an elevated relaxation experience.
