⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A friend insisted I visit this spa to begin my healing journey while battling breast cancer, and what a blessing it has been! I’ve used the salt room, red light sauna, the salt float tank and the red light bed. Every time I used the RLB before my infusion, my labs showed that my white blood cell count increased to the normal range!! it is helping me win this cancer battle and I cannot say enough good about this place. The people working there are so nice, the facilities are clean and in working order, and most of all the price is affordable. Going to have a deep tissue massage later this month and I cannot wait! This is truly the best kept secret in this valley!

I absolutely love Mindset to Wellness Spa! I go at least once a month for a 90-minute deep tissue massage, and it is always fantastic. Andrea and Terry are both exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and consistently provide an amazing experience. The additional amenities make it even better; the salt room, saunas, and float tank are some of my favorites. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and truly invest in their wellness!

I had a facial done at MindSet 2 Wellness and it was the best facial I’ve had. It was a very relaxing experience and the price was great. I will definitely be back.

Mindset 2 Wellness is an absolute gem to have locally. Lynette and her therapists really care for their clients. The atmosphere is so beautiful and relaxing and I recommend them to all of my friends!

They went out of their way to serve me. Terry was so kind and is a great massage therapist! I was so tense and in pain but she helped to lessen my pain. Very much appreciated! This place is a hidden gem. I will be back to see Terry again because she is a hidden gem as well!
