I wish I could give them 10 stars - from communication, cleanliness, compassion, professionalism and most of all quality of care, everything was top notch. The patient coordinator and receptionist is so kind. She really listened warmly, and helped navigate my concerns and schedule a next day emergency appt. Dr. del Castillo explained everything to me clearly and his assistant provided a high level of comfort through what we thought would be a difficult extraction. They even gave a little welcome gift and had a complimentary comfort amenity kit. 60 secs later it was over. I was shocked and relieved. From the moment I walked into Minorca Smiles, I felt truly welcomed — and a big part of that was thanks to Idania, the receptionist. She’s not only warm and kind, but also incredibly knowledgeable. She always provides clear information, is consistently available to answer any questions, and does her best to accommodate your schedule. From that very first interaction, I knew I was in good hands. Excellent experience with Dr. del Castillo’s office. He is an excellent dentist. He listens to your concerns and explains everything. His dental hygienist Lisbeth is excellent! Great dental practice.

Truly I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Dr. Raymond - I had severe tooth/jaw pain that had me in tears. I gave him a call and within hours him and his team welcomed me with open arms and got to work to help me find relief. He genuinely cared about my recovery, too - he called and texted me multiple times afterwards to check on me. I am also someone who is EXTREMELY anxious when it comes to going to the dentist and he was encouraging and empathetic. Seriously, I cannot say enough positive things about him and his team. I will continue to go here for as long as they're around.
