I cannot say enough good things about the ER and the incredible team who cared for my mom who was admitted for chest pain. From the moment we arrived, every doctor and nurse demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, competence, and attention to detail. What truly stood out, however, was their extraordinary kindness, patience, and genuine compassion during a stressful time. A very special thank you to the team on shift on December 28th—your calm presence, empathy, and dedication made a world of difference. It is rare to find such an exceptional combination of medical excellence and human warmth. We are deeply grateful for the care we received.

Don’t come here unless you are actually dying and don’t have any other option. One of the family practice providers badly messed up what should have been a simple procedure (removing an ingrown toenail), including leaving behind a piece of the nail that she cut off and should have removed. She also didn’t do the numbing injections correctly, which caused nerve damage. All of this led to months of infection and pain, and required me to go to wound care for several weeks before it would finally heal. Because I was in so much pain for months, it caused atrophy in the big toe and drastically altered my gait, which led to a chronic injury in my hip that I’m still dealing with 1.5 years later. Truly worse than no health care at all, and I still regret not going to a podiatrist in Grand Junctio

Should give more of the employees recognition for what they do! cooks, housekeeping, etc. I’m talking mornings! Ran into the nicest housekeeper recently, doesn’t seem like she gets much recognition! Sweetest, young girl, looks about 20. DO BETTER MOAB HOSPITAL!

Visited the ER on October 18, 2025. Excellent care and service by RN, radiology tech and physician. Great communication and they all paid attention to the time and not making me wait more than necessary. Took me seriously after a head injury on the river. Greatly appreciated their concern and professionalism!!

I had a sinus infection, so I went to the urgent care Saturday morning. The doors were locked, and it was 10:13. They open at 10:00 and someone in a nurse’s outfit walked by and saw me standing there. So I went to the next door to the right, and it was open. I asked the blond girl behind the counter which way to the urgent care. She said there were signs out front telling you how to get to it. I then had to explain to her that the door was locked, and someone wearing a nurse’s outfit saw me standing in front of the door and kept walking. She said in that case take the next right and go down the hall, and take a left. She was a smart-ass. You shouldn’t have a smart-ass at the counter when someone enters the building. Everyone else I had contact with acted very professional.
