My initial experience with this dentist was fantastic! I had a bothersome tooth that I needed fixed, but I did not have insurance. They got me in. They were able to take x-rays, get my tooth fixed and everything was good. It was such a good experience that I had made an appointment for a few months later to come in and have a routine check up. When I came they said they were going to have to do x-rays again. I said I could not afford to do x-rays again. (At the time I did not have insurance.) Due to not having x-rays the doctor refused to see me and they asked me to leave. (I should say had the nurse ask me to leave because she would not enter the room) X-Rays are not mandated in the state of Pennsylvania. I waited months for an appointment. A few weeks before my daughter mentioned that they have no hygienist and they cancelled her appointment. So I called to question my appointment. Come to find out the doctor is only coming to Cresson location on Fridays and they have no hygienists. My appointment was on a Tuesday. So patients are waiting months to come into the office and there is no common courtesy to call a few weeks in advance to let us know. My time is very valuable as I am sure the offices time is as well. However no consideration at all was given in regards to this situation.

Like many other reviews on here, I had some rough go's with prior dentists. A terrible welfare dentist when I was younger and most recently an old fashioned dentist who cold shouldered concerns I had. Not here. Dr. Quest and her staff are hands down the best this area or surrounding areas has seen in awhile if not ever. Modern is in the name for a reason. I went from white knuckle, sweating, tears rolling fear, to simply walking in, and being calm because I know I'm in good hands. Dr. Quest will answer all of your questions and concerns. Her staff is also super knowledgeable and professional. If you don't get to know Robin and Jamie, that's on you because those two ladies are fantastic and they know you by name. Best decision I ever made was scheduling an appointment here.

I’ve had horrible experiences growing up and going to the dentists. But I know I needed to get on top of my dental health and finally find a place to go. Love all the staff here, so friendly and they really get to know you as a person. They were very reassuring while I was getting work done because I had told them of my bad experiences in the past. I feel well taken care of here.

I have been to many different dentists over the years but it has never felt different to me. Today I felt like a person because I was treated like one. Not, Mr. 330 is here or patient Z. So I thank you Kraisinger family Dentistry. Not only for the great work on my face hole, but for being so awesome. I look forward to my next visit!
