Doctor Mahmoud has a great calming presence. He did my endoscopy, good experience with him and his staff. Kudos to all.

If I could give 0 stars, I would for all the heartache this office has given me. Dr. Mahmoud suggested an endoscopy procedure. When I asked how much the procedure might cost and they gave me the number of Dr. Mahmoud medical assistant, Cindy. I called Cindy more than 2 dozen times and left a polite voice message every time clearly stating my name, my date of birthday and my phone number slowly and clearly 3x per message just in case she missed it. There is no reason she never ever called me back. I called her office manager Sarah to complain who also never called me back after multiple messages left. I have involved Memorial Hermann (the hospital system) in the matter now as well. In my time of illness and great need, they refused to help me. If you are in need of a GI doctor, these people

I call and it tells me the mailbox is full and then hangs up, the pharmacy's been trying to get in contact with him for prescription refills they get no response, this happens every month, The service is very unprofessional and frustrating with the staff they have working for them

Took my mom to this Dr and he prescribed her a over expense med she couldn't afford. I went back up there and he changed the med but never sent it in. I've tried calling the office, emailing, text since last Thursday and still no response and the pharmacy still hasn't got the prescription. We have since found her another Dr. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time with this Dr.

Dr Mahmoud is amazing! He helped me with a few issues when my previous doctor couldn’t. Highly recommend!
