Timothy is an expert when it comes to soft tissue work! Especially when it comes to orthopedic/medical massage. He has the ability to find the root cause of your pain finds these areas with masterful intent. I am also impressed with his use of technology, specifically the Electrons Plus device. This guided PEMF device is unique and not many people utilize it. With this device Timothy is able to “wake up” your muscles and get you to top performance and recovery.

I did a deep tissue sports massage with Timothy and it was amazing! My gym just reopened so I’ve been working out a lot more recently, and I was having some pain in my shoulders and wrists.
