Not for the nurses and doctors but for the security guards at the entrance of the lab to get your blood drawn, rude, unpleasant, she looks like she hates her job. No hello no smiles, just attitude and rudeness. This looks bad on the facility as a whole because it's your first interaction. Monti needs to get this fixed. Smile, say hello, can I help you, thank you , have a nice day. I am a patient and I've never met a more rude, unpleasant individual as the lady guard you have standing in front of the entrance of the labs, her name is Elizabeth Blanco, she is very unprofessional and in need of a customer service class or two, this is not the first time but every time I go there to get blood drawn she is miserable. This makes the whole building look bad seeing she is the first person every

I had been on a cardio exercise regime here. The facility was clean. The equipment was good. Most of the staff was warm, engaging, helpful and friendly. I miss them. Some others? Meh. But here is the reason that I left: A few months in, I believe due to a shooting in the parking lot of a nearby hospital, the hospital instituted a security regime where you had to walk through a metal detector and sign in …. every …. single …. time. The person at the security desk was rotated frequently, so they would not recognize the regulars such as myself, and some of them would often take their sweet time pulling your name up on the computer. You would think they could issue a security card to the regulars that could simply be swiped. But no. I finally got tired of being treated like a serial killer

I’ll give them a three stars. Only because the staff in the ambulatory care procedure, they were all great. I’m only given three stars because the billing department they’re rude. They don’t get back to your calls. They don’t call you back but yet they charge you enormous fee a month after your procedure with no explanation. Nothing they just send you a bill month later a high bill too And they’re rude, if I owed them money, they would be calling me 24 seven trying to get me. I just think that was very rude of them and I’m very displeased with the billing department at St. Luke’s Cornwall suck so watch out…!!!! Then two weeks later the anesthesiologist sends you another bill again no explanation. They need to get their act together or else. Don’t think I’ll ever go there again.

A wide variety of services, primary care, wound care, pain management, Vascular treatment, lab, palliative care, cafeteria. Very clean, Security Guards at entrances.

Very nice center to get most medical procedures done.This place is hardly ever crowded.The staff is very friendly
