Montrose Health Center

The nurses are okay, when they aren't ignoring your loved one for long periods of time. The amenities are all very old and out of date and need updating badly. Administrative employees are horrible to deal with rude and condescending as well as very fake. They also make false accusations against care givers and guardians. I wish I would have taken the older review they had into account before my loved one was admitted because it was completely accurate but worse somehow. Your loved one is just a paycheck to them so please think of other options before sending your loved one to this facility it is a nightmare.

Nurses are great. Administrative employees are a handful, and that is putting it nicely. They are rude, condescending, and belittling of guardians and court ordered care givers. The may have a nice admissions process but to get a loved one out they make it difficult and time consuming and file false accusations against the court appointed guardians and care givers. I would recommend choosing a different facilty for your loved ones nursing home care.

Was there for short while nursing is bad had headache told nurse she blew me off. Ask her to call Dr crying. The next thing I knew woke up tub in mouth ICU. Was flow in from Burlington hospital . Lady there attacking at new place me about a check she almost went crazy.... No lie I hope I never have to go there again

Highly recommend the Montrose Health Center! The administrative and nursing staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is very clean, the caregivers were always in my mom and dads rooms checking in and providing excellent care. The facility felt like home for my parents. We loved everyone who worked there. The employees have a lot of tenure at Montrose which was apparent. We have no regrets having our parents there and highly recommend Montrose Health Center.

Wish it was closer to Keokuk
