I don’t even know where to begin. This was hands down the WORST massage experience of my life. The workers were incredibly nasty and rude. No greeting, no professionalism, just attitude from the moment I walked in. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The massage itself was awful. It wasn’t relaxing at all — it actually hurt. I asked them to ease up multiple times and they either ignored me or got annoyed. I left feeling sore, stressed, and completely ripped off. Save your money and go anywhere else. This place is dirty, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting.

I have to say I had the most uncomfortable experience there today. The music was off and you can hear every single sound everybody talking. It was not enjoyable at all. halfway through my session A woman came in and she proceeded to moan the entire session. It was very disturbing and very uncomfortable. No one said anything to her. The music was off. It was the most un enjoyable massage of my life. And the gentlemen, that did my massage Was extremely rough and hurting me, and I kept telling him over and over again to be gentle and he did not. When they first opened, they were top-tier now I’ll never go back there. They also asked me if I wanted to upgrade and I’m not sure what I upgraded to because I did not get anything additional.

I had been to this massage place before and really enjoyed a foot massage, so I decided to come back for a 90-minute body massage. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. The therapist relied almost entirely on her arms and elbows, pushing with so much force that my body was literally rocking out of the head cradle. It was jarring and uncomfortable, the opposite of relaxing. On top of that, there was almost no attention to the areas I actually wanted focus on, like my feet. The strokes were extremely fast and repetitive, creating friction and discomfort instead of relief. Nothing lingered, nothing stretched the muscles the way a good massage should. I won’t ever go back to this place! The last two times my friend and I were there, we both saw giant rats!!!! They were the size of kittens! I thought I saw them a month ago but wasn’t sure- we are now absolutely sure. And, the young girl at the front desk is so rude and literally talks to everyone like they are bothering her. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I had an amazing experience at Moonrise! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly and made me feel completely at ease. My massage therapist was attentive, professional, and really listened to my needs, focusing on my tense shoulders and lower back. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to quality care. I’ll definitely be coming back!
