Customer Reviews
This is a long review, but I want to make sure they get recognition for their office. I absolutely recommend this office 100%. Usually when I go to doctor or medical appointments, the techs, medical assistants, and even the receptionist often seem to have an attitude or act like they don’t want to be there, almost as if the patients are the problem. That was not the case here at all. I actually left my PCP due to the one receptionists attitude. I ALWAYS seemed to get her. From the very first tech who helped me, Craig, my experience was amazing. We talked the entire time, and he was incredibly personable, kind, and easy to talk to. I truly enjoyed our conversation. Courtney followed up with the initial tests, and she was just as wonderful. Again, so personable and friendly, and we had ano
The absolute worst medical experience of my life happened here today. I arrived at 11:00am for an 11:20am appointment led to me leaving at 3:00pm. While staff members were apologetic, there is no reason I should have been here that long. Dr. Ginsburg was completely scattered, medical equipment was broken, and it did not lend itself to trust in his care. I had to be numbed and dialated no fewer than 7 times. I will not be coming back. I don’t care if it’s a fluke this was an unacceptable length of time to be held for the care provided.
I chose to see Dr. Brown in particular because I have recurrent uveitis and she was recommended as specializing in this area. She has helped me ween off the steroids and to deal with the side effects from them. I know if I have another flare up, she will be able to help me. I would also recommend her for regular eye care. I like that she is a good listener, very thorough and good at explaining things so that I can understand what is going on. I highly recommend her.
I would not recommend this location at all. I got to my appointment for 11:10 at 10:40 a.m with 3 people sitting at the front desk/ check in I was not check in until 11 am after several attempts of checking in. There was only 2 other people in the waiting room one checking out who was checked out before me even though I stood there for 10 minutes but due to chronic pain I sat down in the chair right by the desk. I had to get up 3X in order to check in. The other person in the waiting room waiting noting that this location always has these hiccups and both he and I will not be retuning.
I think Dr. Brown was having a bad day. She seemed a little curt and a little grumpy not her usual jovial self but I do think she’s a great doctor and she’s helping me, I’ll be back
