Morrow Manor Nursing Center

My mom went to this facility initially for some rehab but wound up being end of life care. I can not say enough good things about the care she received while there! All of the staff were very kind and patient with mom and everyone that visited her always commented on that also. The nurses and other staff were really good about about explaining things and keeping me involved!

Most of the staff was very kind to my Mom, however they did NOT follow her sodium restricted diet that her cardiologist has her on. I sat down with the dietician twice during the first couple days of her stay and we went through the week's menu one meal at a time. We came up with alternates for each of the high sodium items but they continued to bring her the wrong meals and refused to swap them out. We got her discharged earlier than planned when she started gaining fluid weight. We also had some trouble initially with them not giving her medications that she needed and were prescribed by her doctors. I had to call almost every day of her 11 day stay about once concern or another. Dr Hintz on staff there is wonderful, though. He was very kind and efficient in getting medications she need

My mother and mother in law have both been in facility for rehab. Very pleased with care.
