Dr. Mossman and his team are phenomenal!! HIGHLY recommend—our dentist retired and we searched at length before choosing a new office. All reviews pointed to excellence from Dr. Mossman’s office, so we decided on them—we are so glad we did! Heather and Erica at the front desk are always friendly and helpful—super quick with communication as well….we love that they offer texting as it’s so convenient. Dr. Mossman is top notch—takes the time to listen, answers questions and shows true concern and compassion for patients. I have never felt rushed and always felt he truly cares about his patients and profession as a whole. I had my first cleaning and my hygienist, Kaitlyn was excellent….thorough, friendly and took time to be sure all was well throughout the cleaning Wish I could give more
My childhood dentist retired and while I was so happy for him I was not so thrilled to have to find another dental practice! However, loved every minute of my first ever appointment at Mossmann Family Dental! The dental hygienist was very welcoming and explained everything so thoroughly to me which eased any anxiety I was feeling prior to my appointment. The office is clean, Dr. Mossmann himself was a super honest and down to earth soul, the receptionists were great (even the little furry friends my heart couldn’t handle!), and being able to not just feel like a number was the icing on the cake for me. Thank you Mossmann Family Dental!
As someone with really bad dental anxiety, I can’t recommend this place enough! I came in after years of being afraid of the dentist and everyone in the office made me feel so comfortable and helped me understand everything that they were going to do during my appointment. Constantly asking me if I was okay, asking me if I needed a break, and just overall an amazing atmosphere. I will recommend this office to anyone who asks. Thank you to the staff for making my experience easy and thank you for being so welcoming and caring.
