Mount Sinai General Pediatrics Faculty Practice

I have been going to this practice for almost 6 years now and both of my children are patients. They are great! Always helpful and will listen to your concerns and try to see you as quickly as they can. They will always put the best interest of your child first. My kids have seen every doctor in this practice at least once and they are always taken care of. Highly recommend!

If all you need is well visits for your healthy kids and don't mind waiting a while, this place is for you. The doctors are awesome. Dr. Hammond has been treating both my boys for 4.5 years and we would stick with her without thinking it twice. We have been unhappy with the practice for a while now, and Dr. Hammond was the only reason we stayed. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING ELSE IS A DISASTER. If you call to schedule an appointment for one of two days in the future, they tell you they have nothing, but that you should call the morning of and they will give you a same-day appointment. The practice opens at 8am. In the last month, three out of four times I called exactly at 8am I was told there are no appointments, and that someone will call me (twice nobody did, once they did). I was there today 7/12/21. They couldn't even draw blood from my son....poked needled Into his both arms for nothing. Never going back to that location again.

They refused an appointment to my kids

A few years ago my son had a medical emergency and was transferred here from a regular emergency room . They sent a team in an ambulance and they all tended to him the entire ride . They took really good care of my baby . When we got there there were a dozen doctors and nurses waiting for him and they did an amazing job . When he woke up the room was filled with nurses and doctors and everyone clapped for him. He woke up smiling . I never thanked them . They deserve so much thanks ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️
