I have never had a long wait. Often I'm called in before my appointment time. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean. Dr Sawyer is great. She really listens to me. The nurse who does the vitals is very competent and personable. She shares the readings with me. Labs can be done on-site. No long waits, no extra trips. I have been very pleased with Dr Sawyer and the entire clinic.

I did not have an appointment and the medical staff for Dr Christina Sawyer identified a few cancellations and were able to fit me in within mere moments. I've NEVER experienced this luck and accommodation from a Medical Office in Key West, and it made all the difference when the office staff found a way for me to be seen. This kind of adaptability, professionalism and empathy go beyond what anyone would expect. These qualities set the medical staff apart from any other medical office. Thank you for the best experience I've had the pleasure to witness.

Big thank you to Leah Latorre for her kindness and great customer service. My father has had a lot of back pain for years. He was worried that his surgery was not going to be scheduled. She made sure to get his records faxed and his appointment scheduled this month. She went above and beyond to reassure him that everything will be okay. Although I know she was just doing her job, I know that it meant a lot to him. She was patient, kind and very understanding. This truly goes a long way and it meant so much to him.
