Daniel is attentive to our concerns and has established a detailed monitoring, follow-up, and preventive treatment plan. He is good at listening and explaining to my husband clearly. I have rarely encountered a more disheartening disconnect between clinical excellence and administrative competence than at the Springfield. While I hold no complaint about the physicians or medical care itself—which appears competent—the front office staff's conduct is profoundly substandard and undermines the entire patient experience. Interactions with reception are consistently marked by curtness, dismissiveness, and an apparent unwillingness to assist.
