Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation

My mother went there for a bit. She had the best experience and had amazing connections with a lot of the nurses and staff. The place remains very clean and tidy as well as a welcoming environment. As for me and my family we would come in to see my mom, and the all of the staff would pass by us with a smile or a hello. Which was amazing!!!! a lot of them also remembered all of our names. I take an appreciation for the great detail that the staff took into hand about my mother. The administration is amazing, the therapy is amazing and helped her so much. I just have so many great words for this facility it’s very hard to put in a paragraph! Thank you Mountain View for taking care of my mom and getting her to a healthy level again.

I was there visiting a friend almost daily. Some staff were running around trying to do their jobs. While others were sitting there playing on their phone, you would walk by one room and smell, urine and poop and that whole section would smell like that. I'm under the understanding that most of those nurses and staff don't live here in whitefish Kalispell or surrounding areas. I heard more than one mention of meds...

What a caring crew of awesome people. I felt that my brother was in excellent hands. He didn't have a complaint except for the access to NFL playoffs, which makes me giggle every time, and the small food portions, but he was on a strict diet to lose weight!! Thank you. Place is very outdated. The staff does the best with what they have. The rehab center is amazing. The nursing staff is doing the best they can with the staff they have. My mom was treated well after she got to know the nurses. They are trying to make the facility better. I think in time they will reach their goal.

My mother in law was in here, and she was taking care of very well. Everyone that I came in contact with were very nice and polite. All the residents seem to be very happy. All around pleasant experience.
