Adrienn is a sorceress. She is the only reason I survived through a full contest prep in my 40s! I still use her techniques for trigger point release and watch her videos on stretching and mobility. If you live in Naples, FL, I envy you. The only thing I don't like about her is she lives four states away from me. If you think you need to change your activity levels because of an injury, go see Adrienn before you stop activities. It will literally change your life. As an added bonus, she is the sweetest, most positive person and her enthusiasm for life is contagious!!

Adrienn is a phenomenal therapist! Her knowledge of the body and her own experience as an athlete transfers amazingly into treating muscle imbalances, pain, inflammation and injuries. She is well organized, responsive, and listens to your needs. Whether I just want a massage or need help rehabbing an injury, Adrienn works magic every time.

I am pleased to give Adrienn the highest rating possible. She was instrumental in helping me to overcome a very serious knee injury which required surgery to reattach my quad tendon to my knee cap. My recovery has been excellent since I started using her. She cares deeply about all of her patients and is passionate and knowledgeable on how to treat them. I had lower back and hip pain that eventually extended up my back and down my leg. Adrienn diagnosed it immediately noting that I had essentially locked my lower vertebrae together causing muscle spasms up and down my back. After two sessions I can honestly say I'm almost pain free. I know there is a lot of exercises I need to continue my road to recovery but its amazing how relieving it is to have less pain. I'm very active and was definitely favoring the side. Adrienn is very knowledgeable and explains what she is doing with diagrams, etc.
