Mt Zion Urgent Care

Unbelievable how rude the front desk staffer was this morning. I walked in at 930A on a Saturday and was told that they close at 130P and I couldn’t be seen. No explanation could be given. If you’re looking for urgent care treatment, don’t bother coming here. It’s clear they only want a certain type of service on the weekend, and those don’t include walk ins. Thank you for both.

They were prompt, and pleasant. Dr Oluropo Ayeni was efficient, and knowledgeable highly recommend.

This place has the rudest people working at the front desk and answering the phones. I was gonna support this business but I called to speak with someone about availability and spoke to the rudest young lady. She doesn’t need to be answering calls at this business.

Today was my first time being a patient at Mt. Zion Urgent Care. I was very impressed by the professionalism that the staff displayed. The front desk staff were very detailed with the directions for the sign-in process. The technology was clear and not intimidating at all. Mrs. Khai Salaam was so compassionate and thorough with her examination and her knowledge about my injury. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Worse place I’ve been too by far. Customer service is rude. They had me wait till the closed so they wouldn’t take me. POOR communication skills and it smells like mildew
