I cant speak highly enough of the eye care i receive from the Storm Eye Institute. My team consist ofDoctor Ullian my Ophthalmologist, Dr. Tang my Retina specialist and Dr. Rocha who just fixed my cataracts. I cant imagine getting better care anywhere. All three have guided different areas of my eye health and i recommend them to anyone looking for eye care.
GOOD MORNING, TO EVERYONE VIEWING I HOPE EVERYONE IS HAVING A BLESSED DAY TODAY I SPECIFICALLY CAME IN GOOGLE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE AT MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT BECAUSE BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT I USUALLY LIKE TO LOOK AT REVIEWS TO C WHAT PATIENTS HAS EXPERIENCED AND WHETHER I WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED WITH MY APPOINTMENT, WELL FIRST OFF I READ SEVERAL REVIEWS THAT WERE BAD THAT STARTED THE WORKERS, DOCTORS, THE VISIT ARE LONG OR THIS THAT AND THE OTHER WHICH IS REALLY TERRIBLE, WE GO THRU THINGS IN LIFE AND IT PAYS TO BE HONEST AND TRUTHFUL ABOUT THINGS WE GO THRU BECAUSE WE SOMETIMES DEPENDS ON EACH OTHER IN THIS WORLD AND HONESTY COUNTS. MY HEART WAS REALLY BROKEN YESTERDAY I COULD HAVE CRIED BEFORE I LEFT MY VISIT, FIRST OFF THE ENTIRE OFFICE WHOMEVER WAS THERE NURSE, DOCTOR, THE FRONT OFFICE C
I see Dr Willson who is going to be retiring this year. I see him for a few things but over all i love MUSC i never had a bad time with them i just came back from there not long ago i love Charleston wish i could live there. Overall i never had a bad experience none so i love this place.
Have been going to MUSC for years and have never had to wait for HOURS to see the doctor. Waited for over two hours to not even get an exam room and ended up having to leave because I had to work (and was still late). Rescheduled me quickly for a few days later first thing in the morning. Got there early and I still waited for hours to see the doctor!! I even had to cancel my other appointment I had later that day because I was not going to make it. No updates were given. If I would have know this before coming to these appointments, I would have asked for a referral to another office. I’m not sure what the problem is as I’ve seen many reviews talk about their long waits but it is ridiculous. I don’t plan to spend all day at a doctors office and MUSC should either communicate about this mo
1 Rescheduled my kid’s appointment, I showed them the screenshot what was initially scheduled but nobody cared. 2 Scheduled again - they cancelled a couple of days prior to the appointment. 3. Scheduled again - came to the institute and they told me the doctor is in a different location. Asked the receptionist to call and inform that we will be 15 minutes late. We rushed from one location to another and we made it, yes 15 minutes late but the doctor left “ for emergency”. It ALWAYS takes at least 1 hour to get everything tested before you actually SEE the doctor. So even if we made it on time, she wouldn’t be able to see us ??? I don’t understand. By the way, my son has Medicaid, so maybe I do understand doctor’s attitude.
