This was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Kristen is amazing—she has an incredible ability to find and focus on the problem areas with exactly the right amount of pressure (not too little, definitely not too much); her technique is unmatched. I was so deeply relaxed that I actually drifted off to sleep for a few minutes. Post massage, I had improved ROM in my neck. Kristen’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine skill make her stand out. The office itself is also top-notch. It is clean, welcoming, and very calming.
