We love it at My Orthodontist in Wake Forest. They're all very friendly and knowledgeable there. They made what could've been a traumatic experience with getting braces for my tween into a smoothe transition and no tears! I even returned myself to get Invisaline! Thanks guys, we appreciate you!

When we first chose this location, I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. However, there seems to be some turnover with the techs, and my daughter's experience has been less than pleasant the last 2 or 3 visits. Her last visit she started crying as soon as she left the chair because she felt she was being punished for a broken bracket that she didn't feel like was her fault. She is rarely one to cry, but I found myself hugging her and trying to console her before I could even schedule the next appointment with the office staff (who are very kind). I wish I would have advocated for my child more in the moment, but I was kind of shocked.

We love this MyOrthodonist office in wake Forest ! The staff is always so welcoming and polite ! Dr Neill is top tier and very knowledgeable and informative ! He’s always open to answering questions with patience and concern ! The music is always a vibe and the atmosphere is very soothing ! Jennifer was our dental assistant recently and she did a superb job ! We love our appointments ! Take this as your referral !

The staff were very nice and friendly. The Dr. did a wonderful job explaining the treatment plan to me as well. The office also has a very clean environment. I would recommend the wake forest location over any others hands down!

I love Heather Staton, Insurance Finance Coordinator at Gladwell Ortho in Wake Forest NC. My son has braces and I currently got unemployed and needed help to continue care. Heather was so prompt to tell me what my options were and made sure I got squared away. She was also very sympathetic to my situation and took kind care and patience related to the situation.
