Dr. Naira is an incredible physician who truly deserves 5 stars for her care. However, I am leaving 2 stars solely due to the rigid and discouraging experience with the front desk. ​Despite the extreme, record-breaking cold and the fact that I was bringing in a very sick child with a fever who had already missed school, the receptionist showed zero flexibility regarding the schedule. We arrived just as our initial appointment window was closing, yet instead of showing any empathy for a sick patient traveling in dangerous temperatures, we were flatly told to 'come back tomorrow.' ​It is deeply disappointing that a medical facility would expect a sick child to be hauled back out into freezing conditions rather than simply working them into the flow. If you are looking for a pediatrician look no further. Dr. Naira is without a doubt one of the most kind, patient, and gentle pediatricians you will ever come across. Dr. Naira takes her time and is incredibly informative. She provides top notch care for your little ones. The facility that she works out of should get on their hands and knees and beg her because she is a gem working out of this slum of an office. I can’t wait to recommend her to other parents and caregivers!
